At Ondine Digital, we design and build creative applications. We believe that creativity requires space, focus, and absolute respect for your personal boundaries. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information in connection with our mobile applications and our website.
2. Information Collection and Use
Local Processing First: Our primary design philosophy is to keep your data on your device. The creative projects, audio compositions, designs, and files you generate within our apps are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or share any personal identity information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location) through our applications.
Camera and Photo Library Access: To use the Camera Color Picker feature, the App may request access to your device camera and photo library.
- On-Device Processing Only: All image capture, photo library sampling, and color matching are processed in real-time, strictly on your physical device.
- No Image Retention: We do not store, view, upload, or transmit your images or camera feed to our servers or any third parties.
- You can grant, deny, or revoke access to the camera and photo library at any time through the iOS System Settings.
iCloud Synchronization: The App uses Apple's native iCloud Key-Value Storage (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore) to sync your favorite colors and custom palettes between your Apple devices.
- This data is stored in your private iCloud account managed by Apple.
- We do not have access to, nor do we store copies of, your synchronized data on our servers.
In-App Purchases: The App offers a one-time "Pro Upgrade" processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit). Ondine Digital does not collect, receive, or store your billing info, credit card numbers, or transaction metadata. All financial details are managed securely by Apple.
Third-Party Services: Our apps may utilize Apple's native App Store services, such as iCloud for synchronization across your own devices, or Apple's opt-in crash reporting and analytics. These services are governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy. We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs or tracking pixels.
3. Data Security
Since your creative data resides strictly on your physical device or your secure personal iCloud account, the security of your data is safeguarded by iOS/iPadOS and macOS system-level encryption. We recommend keeping your device operating system updated to ensure the latest security patches are active.
4. Children's Privacy
Our creative applications are designed for creators of all ages. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can immediately delete it from our systems.
